Admission Process
- Admission Forms will be available/may be obtained from the office counter by depositing Rs. 100/- as Bank Challan or through sending Bank Draft of Rs. 110/-. The Application Form may also be downloaded from the Nardiganj College Website. In this case, a Bank Draft of Rs. 110/- in favour of Principal, Nardiganj College, Nardiganj(Nawada) should be submitted.
- Candidates are directed to fill up the application form carefully. Candidates must follow the instructions of prospectus.
- Application Form along with attested copies of below mentioned testimonials should be submitted at the office within schedule date:
- School/College Leaving Certificate
- Marks Sheet
- Admit Card
- Character Certificate
- Registration Slip
- Aadhar Number
- Bank Account Number (In case of SC/ST/BC1)
- The list of the selected candidates will be pasted on the Notice Board.
- Migration Certificate is necessary for the students who come from outside universities.
- Candidates should produce all original certificates for verification at the time of admission. School/College leaving certificate should be submitted in original.
- Three copies of recent passport size colour photographs should be submitted.
- Candidate’s father’s signature is necessary in the undertaking of Income Certificate. Guardian’s Signature is necessary if father expired.
- Caste certificate should be attested by the Gazette Officer. Caste Certificate should be issued by the B.D.O. or S.D.O. or C.O. or D.C.
Rules & Regulations
- 75% attendance is compulsory.
- Notice Board should be observed regularly.
- Students belongs to SC/ST/BC1 must open a Bank Account in their nearest respective Bank for scholarship.
- Students are required to keep their identity card with them while in the college campus.
- Library books must be refunded well in time.
- Ragging is a punishable offence in the College Campus as per the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court.
- Students must maintain uniform code on every Monday in the college campus, however the uniform code is compulsory on all days for all students.
- Use of mobile is restricted in the College Campus.
- Application for admission will not be entertained after the last date of admission.
- Smoking and use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited inside College Campus.
